Introducing Joe[:

Meet Joe.

He is an OTT Thoroughbred 15.3h Gelding, whom we rescued. This horse has been the biggest part of my life, and I will never forget what we have been through.

They say a 15 year old girl can't possibly retrain an ex-racer - boy we proved them wrong.

This is Joe when I first got him;

[we pulled his mane, before it was hanging off him]

That was last year and we have both improved soso much

That was how my horse was too. He was a VERY green broke gelding who bucked and reared and bolted, kicked and bit. And he was also rescued. Though only 13 I trained him to be a sane horse I love stories like yours, their awesome (: Congratz!

E v e r y horse is good for something. You dont throw a whole life away just cause he's banged up a little...

He's a beautiful guy. His coat is so shiny and pretty!

Horseless currently. Hoping someday that will change.
