Izzie The Funky Looking Mud Monster!

Went out and snapped some shots of my girl today. It has been raining non-stop for the past few days (not sure exactly since we were in MI for the weekend) and we were under flood watch for our area. So please excuse the nastiness that is the pasture! Anyway, couldn't groom her since the old man was in our grooming area (we go into a side of the barn and make it our grooming area) and I didn't feel right pushing him out into the slop (he's in his late 20's and the mud was THICK) Anyway, pictures! Izzie (registered name OLA Shaharazaud) is a registered half Arab/Paint cross :) Born May 6th, 2010. Her friend in most of the pictures is Goldie, a QH owned by the farm owner.

If you couldn't tell, I love my girl :)

I love her face!
At first I thought you were talking about an actual old human man so I was like late 20's! That's considered an old man?! Than I saw the horse head sticking out and was like oh lol
Your horse is lovely!

Thanks guys! We all love her to death, including my husband who was not a horse person before her! And haha on the "old man" part! This is Flash, in his upper 20's. Looks good for his age I think :) Just doesn't move like he used to.

I agree! I smile any time I see her that messy :) When she was first put out there she was NEVER dirty because she wasn't comfortable to lay down and roll. Seeing her that muddy means she's comfortable and having a blast
