january.oh.six -- jumping + photography

Had a lesson on R-Bob and he was fairly good. I got some amazing pictures in the barn just the way the shadows/light were and got some over fences. I love playing with shadows and was quite happy with how the "artistic" ones turned out. :] :]
We had one mishap at the "scary brick jump" where I took a header into the standard then into the ground haha. It hurt super bad but I got back on, did the jump and then finished up my lesson. All the over fences pictures were taken after the fall, hence why I look pretty um...interesting haha. Anyways, enjoy!! :]

Robbie says "HIIIIIIII!!!" XD

Jumpity Jump. :]

Got a little deep here haha.

Wheeee.

:] Robbie likes to superman it haha.

And now the "artistic" pictures hehe.
"Light" (horse is Eclipse, Robbie's twin haha)

"Shadowed" (Robbie)

"I'm Ready" (Robbie)

"Hidden" (Robbie)

"Peek-a-boo" (Robbie)

"Twisted" (Robbie)

"Listen to Me" (Robbie and a girl from my barn)

"Over There" (Eclipse, Robbie's twin hehe)

Thanks for looking!! :] :]

Love the "Twisted" shot!! That is great!

Do not follow where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail...

Those are great shots! I would love to try to get pics like that of Nelson - I wish I knew my camera well enough to know how to get shots like that.

Beautiful horse!

JustDressageIt -- Thank you! :] I'm quiet pleased at how they all turned out, especially since my camera dislikes the indoors haha.

RedHawk -- Thanks! That is my favorite shot too, the shadows/light are just perfect! It took forever to get it though haha, Robbie kept wanting to eat the camera.

Catz -- :] Thanksss. I took the pictures in the barn aisle and the sunlight was comming in from the windows, so I just positioned the horses properly in the light and my camera did the rest. :]

MIEventer -- Thank you so much! Haha, it took me forever to figure out my camera. It has like, 32453564 different settings. XD

My2Geldings -- :] Thanks! So far everybody who has seen these pictures has said that one and "twisted" is thier favorite. I think the shadows/light/horse is absolutely perfect in this shot. :] :]
