Juno Update & Meet Moose -Buckskin & Red Dun Yearlings

Again, I don't post much here! I thought I'd update ya'll on my boy, who is over 13 months old now!! Where does the time go?

Not sure if you guys know about Moose, either, who is supposedly a year old now. He was a rescue we got when he was around 4-6 months old I think it was. He was super malnourished and weaned too early.
They're both gelded (Moose very recently (the second testicle took its time to drop), so he's at home recovering while Juno is vacationing at the pasture )
Enjoy!

A few of Moose first... he's supposedly out of registered QH stock, but obviously doesn't look so QH-ish He has come a LONG ways! Still fugly and very much Moose-like, but completely lovable none-the-less!
He is a red dun, believe it or not! Tested twice!
When we first got him:

Now:

Now Juno's turn! He shed out nice and dark, which I love! Hope he doesn't bleach too much

These are from today, the others a few days ago..

Are they mustangs? Moose looks almost like he has some Andalusian in him, or Mustang.

Thanks!
Tiny- Juno is a registered QH. Moose's parents are both supposedly registered QH, but I have a very hard time believing that. We have no way of tracking down his parents or breeder..
I'm not sure if he doesn't look QH due to malnutrition at an important time in his growth.. but I've said before that he looks like a lot of BLM babies I've seen.
I can also see the Andalusian in that roman nose if his! Although he needs to work on the majestic part of the Andalusian

They're looking great, Moose is an interesting guy, it'll be neat to see him mature, his color is interesting to! I love all that frosting in Juno's mane and tail!

Juno is so beautiful and refined. And personally, I love Moose, lol! I think he's rather handsome! He kind of looks like a mustang to me... anyone else see it, or am I just picking cool breeds for the pwetty poney again, lol?
