Long overdue - TONS o' pictures of TJ the Shire

Gah, I haven't been taking nearly as many pictures of TJ as I should be. The weather has been dreadful lately, but the sun finally came out today so I managed to snap a couple cute pictures of TJ. The first 5 ones are from today, when he was super sleepy cos we had just gotten back from an 1 hour + ride [no, I didn't ride him - ponied him from another horse], and the rest are from last weekend.

Sorry for the carpy quality, photography is NOT my forte', LOL. So unflattering!

This is his most usual expression.

Thanks so much guys! He is very huggable - he'll fall right asleep when you start rubbing his forehead in slow, circular motions.

FGR, the last time I sticked him [about a month ago?], I believe he was somewhere around 16.2hh? I'm not sure though, so I'm going to measure him again today. Gotta write these things down, LOL.

ETA: I got him measured, and he's currently between 16.1hh and 16.2hh at 29 months. He still has quite a bit of growing - and filling out - to do. His dam was 17.3hh & his sire was 18.2hh, so it'll be interesting to see how tall he matures to, and what he'll look like when he's fully filled out - he's so slender right now!

I have a two year old Clyde/QH cross and she is still very slender. I can't wait to see what she looks like when she is all filled out.
