Love Those Warm Winter Days

Here are some pictures of my horse, Copper, after our ride. It was very warm today so I decided to let him graze. The pictures turned out GREAT! The lighting and color contrast is AMAZING. Enjoy!

FAVORITE:

He closed his eyes, but still cute nonetheless:

Here is Copper seeing if I had any treats on me (of course, I did!):

Copperpenny, good pictures, but what caught my attention was your username. Several years back, the barn I rode at rescued a lovely little horse that we renamed Copperpenny!

BTW, haven't seen green grass in a while! Looks great, even if it's in a picture.....oh spring, where art thou!

Walkamile: Well, Copper is rescue I got from Bluebonnet Equine Humane Society. I believe he was surrendered when he was 3.

Waresbear: It is very surprising we have grass at all. I live in Texas and this is the first we have seen of it since a few springs ago. And it's the middle of WINTER here, or so were told! It's been about 80 degrees all of January.
