Looks like a ton of fun!! I've always wanted to take Indie to one of those... though my racking horse might look a little funny in medieval gear LOL

Very nice! I'm hoping to get over there one of these weekends. I haven't been in a while.

Very brave talking to Henry the VIII. I'd be afraid I would lose my head!

Lol! Yes, it was fun. It was my first time (as its quite a bit of drive from me). Those dressed up folks with big beer mugs attached mostly on back were absolutely hilarious! But everyone was so very friendly. And music was great too!

I believe I've seen local emails asking if you want to participate with your horse, but it requires lots of training (and those horses were quite big), so I definitely don't fit in with my tiny qh.

I did NOT know who he is when I asked for the photo, silly me. He was with 2 other guys, who actually told me he's a king... What a shame on me!
And then another dressed guy fell on his knee and started to sing to the king. That was very funny too.

Oh I love these! I have been going to the Ren Faire's since I was 16. I am now 40. heheh. I used to go to the one in NY state when I lived in NJ and since I have been in MD I go to the same one as you did :)

They are great fun. You really have to catch some of the shows too. Johnny the sword swallower and Puke/Snot are very good. They are my favorites.

Thank you for the pics. I cant wait to get up there this year. Maybe in a few weeks.

I missed those, unfortunately. But I've sat at the performance by the trick guy. It was funny, but so non-kiddie jokes... LOL!

Have fun there this year!
