Mateo at his new (temporary) home

So I moved my horse mateo to his new boarding place from my soon to be ex husband's house (used to be our house but he got it in the divorce ). My friend works out at this fancy thoroughbred farm here in Lexington and I get to have mateo out there. It's funny because he's not even 14hh and all these other horses are 16+! These are million dollar racing horses and here's little mateo the paso fino. So funny. He did really good getting in the trailer and the ride though which I was super proud of him for. He ran around at the farm looking for his herd mate, lola (husband got her too ). He's in quarentine right now because the owner doesnt want my little guy to infect any of his racers with anything - not that he has anything - but just being cautious. Heck I would be too if my horses were that expensive! So he has to stay in his little field all alone and can't come out for a few weeks. So i'll just deal with that for a while, but i'm super excited to have my horse back! I hadnt seen him in 3 months becuase he was at the house and now i'm back in business!!!
