Meet Rosie! 1/2 blind mare

This is Rosie, I don't really know much about her except her owners abandoned her on the farm I board at, and she has some kind of degenerative eye disease that's causing her left eye to shrivel up and die. If no one can pay for surgery to have it removed soon she might have to be put down :( she's such a gorgeous girl and Im the only person at the barn she trusts, she runs away from everyone else.

Heres Rosie.

awwww. What a pretty girl! I think you should start a fundraiser to get the money you need for her surgery. I bet many people would give a dollar or two if they knew about this. I know I would.

I've actually been thinking about doing that, not sure exactly where to start though

That is a really unfortunate situation, I hate hearing about them. She looks like a really sweet mare, good for you for caring so much about her.

What a beautiful mare! I hope you guys get enough money to do the surgery- a horse named Nigel at the barn where I ride had a similar disease and they (thankfully) had enough money to remove his eye. He is such a sweet horse, just like Rosie I'm sure, and deserved it, just like she probably does.

Aww, Rosie looks so sweet! I'm sorry to hear that about her, though. :( She is adorable.

Ride more, worry less.
