Meet Volcan

This is Volcan, we bought him on the 19th of September 2009.
And jeez is he something.

Here's a little fact file on him;
Name: Volcan, stable name Hamish.
Age: 2.4years
Height: 14.1hh
Breed: Gypsy Vanner/Cob (50%) x New Forest (25%) x Thoroughbred (25%)

He's not backed at the moment but once he's settled properly and after his first in hand show next month I'll start backing him.

He sure did take after his Vanner side, didn't he? :)
He's got a very cute face. :)

He did but he's not as heavy as a Vanner I don't think.
He's still got the big legs but a more Pony/TB body.
His colour is definitely from his sire though =]

He's is so cute! How tall is he? Just curious.

He is very ornery, has a bit of an attitude by the pics xD but what green horse doesn't? They all have to be mischievous teenagers at some point xD

He's 14.1hh at the moment. I'm not sure how big he will get. Hopefully he'll stay in the 14hh or 15hh region lol.

Haha, true. He has so much character. I was trimming his ears yesterday and asked mum to hold him for me. As always he licks hands lol. I was cutting the hair off and he could hear it and jusr froze and moved his eyes right back as if to say "wtf?" As soon as I stopped cutting he continued licking mum's hands lol.
He does make me laugh lol.
