Cool My 3 heathens. LOL.

Just went out and got some new pix of my 3 heathens while they trotted circles and stood around in the pen. Denny is the solid bay, Dobe is the gray, and Koda is the bay with white markings. Dobe and Koda are BLM Mustangs. LOL Little turds. :)

Dobe's example of a WP trot. LOL

Koda demonstrating his typical Mustang trot.

Now, all 3 of them together. (I know Dobe's front feet look a little weird, he is very pigeon toed and he needs them done, they are worn to make it look worse than it actually is :P)

Always remember that feeling of looking at a big, open country over the ears of a good horse, seeing a new trail unwind ahead of you, and that ever-spectacular view from the top of the ridge!!! Follow my training blog: http://robertsontraining.blogspot.com/

They are really cute photos. It looks like they get along really well. Love the photo of them all sniffing each other, very sweet.

Great pics!

Thank you all very much, I like them too. ;p Yeah, Denny is built a bit like a tank and he is VERY powerful. The only thing that I really don't like about him is that he is so angular. His shoulder and croup are very steep and he is kinda post legged on the back. That makes him just terrible to ride. He usually has his head up and when he travels, the best way that I can describe it is that he "struts". It kinda feels like driving a monster truck with no shocks LOL. He is very hot (my fault) and is just a monster to ride unless you really know how to handle him. He has taught me so much because if you try to force an issue or man-handle him, he will freak out. He requires a touch with a bit more finesse. :)
