My Boys (Name Needed!)

Here are my two Tennessee Walking Horse Geldings. They're on a lease to own sort of program and I got to go see them today for the first time since they became "mine."

Bandit is the red roan. He looks sorrel, but close up he has white hairs EVERYWHERE. He's 12 and I'm informed has impressive bloodlines and is also trained to drive. He needs his hair brushed and yes inbetween pictures we got the hay off of his face. He tried to be a model, but didn't get the whole look into the sunset thing. He has an adorable eye though so put up with his eye pictures.

The black one is going to be 3. He is called Chance (it is part of his registered name) or TJ (short for Tucker Junior cus he looks like another horse there named Tucker.) He's a lover and it was impossible to get good pictures of him because he kept following me or trying to eat the camera. I got some when he was distracted though. His pictures still don't do him justice though.

He needs a name. Something strong and regal and unique, but throw anything out there that you can think of.

Are you sure the sorrel is a roan? I'd personally suggest there might be some sabino in there, unless my genetics are completely out to lunch.

They are SOOOO cute, MaryAlice *grabby*grabby*grabby*hands* I really like the markings on Bandit, and Chance has the cutest face and what a tail!!

Which one are you looking for names for? Registered names, or barn names?

I like Niko too. I considered calling him Novio. It's Spanish for boyfriend ;)

My advice? Let the name come to you, don't be in a rush to pick one... you might regret it later once you get to know him really well.
