Mayzee, the Silky Terrier...owners gone for weeks at a time and she stayed in her tiny kennel while they were gone. She's my little yap yap dog!!
Tucker had an owner that developed Ahlzheimers. His owner's family finally put him up for adoption when their mother could no longer care for him... He's a Shih Tzu mix and the smartest dog known to man!! We call him Tucker but the previous family could not even tell us his name!!!
Sunny was in a yard with a Pit Bull that was bullying her. The owner decided it would be easier to get rid of her than the Pit....she was heavily scarred when we got her and it took forever for us to gain her trust...unheard of from a lab ....She's our LOVE!!!! (Their stupidity and loss!)
Ruger is a German Shorthaired Pointer and is the most hyper of the bunch!! He's my snuggle bunny and loves to just be loved. His previous owner kept him as a hunting dog. When he went on his first hunting trip at 6 months the members of the camp didn't like how he "tore things up and messed up their hunting trip"...after a year of hunting training down the tube he became a back yard dog in a small neighborhood. If you know anything about these dogs, you know what happened. When he began to dig because of nervous energy the abuse started. He is still very skiddish, but he knows now he is safe and loved!! He has the best personality of all our dogs...

Charley the BOMBPROOF Quarter Horse! We call him "Ole Geezer" because he is 18 and is missing most of his teeth due to neglect on a ranch... He's amazing and thinks my daughter is an angel sent to him from God.....
