My husband riding!!

I am super proud of this. Mr. Husband has only ridden a horse four times in his life, ever. This is the third time he's ridden Java. Once in July, then a few weeks ago. I'm teaching him how to do everything, so we can get another horse.

Sorry for the bad image quality. It's actually a photo taken from a video, since I forgot to bring my camera out of the car that day we went riding.

But I think he looks pretty decent up there.

That's so sweet! My guy got on my horse once and said never again :(

I'm my spare time I ride dragons and runners, practice my Harper skills, talk to dolphins and hang with MasterHarper Robinton.

awwww love it! I put my boyfriend on a horse for the first time last summer. He loves the horses now. He is always brushing them and petting them. He even wants horses when he's older! He's not the best riders in the world, but that's ok, it's still adorable! He loves to learn about the horses too, so he always asks questions. It's so cute, and I love it lol.

Mr. Husband shows a big interest in horses and is always up for riding. Now that his work schedule is calmed down and he'll be home on nights and weekends (lovely Marine Corps) I think he'll ride with me daily.

He's naturally good at riding, keeps a good seat and controls Java rather well.
I'm so excited, because Mr. Husband wants a reining horse, too!

How exciting! The guy I am with now is the only one of the boyfriends I have had to show a big interest in horses. How exciting it is to be looking for another horse

So you are getting another horse, a clyde?! How lucky! I missed the post. Let's hear more info, do you have pics of her?

I am confused? A Clydesdale? I think you may have me confused with somebody else.

Haha! We're keeping our eyes out for a yearling Quarter Horse that has reining/cutting potential. I'm uber picky, and may end up getting a two or three year old as well. I'm just excited to work with a young one again!

Mr. Husband wants a horse with a bit more speed. Poor Java is a tall, western pleasure kind of guy.

Humans are like Slinkies. Practically useless, but still fun to push down the stairs.

I've had my Fiance on D a couple of times for trail rides and he's ridden my friends horse Leo and seems to enjoy riding but always complains that after a while his knees hurt or his hips hurt. At first he wanted to get his own horse (after getting more horsey experience) and training it with help and blah blah but now I ask if he wants to go and ride and he would rather read his book so yeah... I am jealous that your man wants to be horsey with you!
