My little jumper!

Hi!
This is Schaq and this is our fourth jumping lesson together
I should definitely loosen my rein more, but she was a little crazy that day so I didn't dare too...

Gorgeous photos! She is looking really good. Good work

You're right about your reins, you're impeding her neck movement holding her back like that. Believe me my jumper is a nutcase, he get's a lot of rein in the release cause he uses a lot of neck, but so long as you follow their mouth you're not giving them the slack to take off on you.

The photos themselves are gorgeous though <3 that last one is great.

Thank you!

Yes, I know. It's just that little thing in my head saying that she will run to hell if I try to give her rein, totally idiotic, specially when she's acting a lot better if I give her rein since she then won't get irritated -.-

^I get like that still with Scribbles (my guy) I get so tense up on him even when he's going nice because I'm used to him trying to get away with me that I'll end up screwing him up, making him add an extra awkward stride, take off funny etc. all when he's just being a good boy with a paranoid mum -.-

She's beautiful. Looks like she's coming along well. :)
