    Trust me we were trying for a buckskin too and it was a possibility with momma being a palomino. But alas he is probably a bay not that ill hate him if he is.

    Oh no I love bays!!! It was just a movie producer wanted to use a buckskin in a movie he was filming and asked my grandma who was a friend of his if she had one or if she could breed one, I was just using it as an example of how you can try for a color but not always get the one you want. Personally I have a soft spot for bays!!

    Bay is a beautiful color if jet is a bay I want him to be a deep red.

    Oh yes I just love them, my old boy was a deep dark red bay and in the sun the red just sort of poped, just gorgeous!! I really love every color though. But I absolutely adore the baby fuzz!!

    The second horse posted looks like a smoky black to me (Black with creme) has he been colour tested?

    Yes he is a buckskin not the faded looking smokey black. He just gets darker when he gets his winter coat, plus my cell made him look alot darker I think it was becuase it was raining. This dark buckskin stud is colored similarly as Mojo when he sheds out.
