My new Friesian, Ben

After months and months of saving, I have finally taken possession of my 5 year old gelding, Benne. He was a stallion up until November and was never bred. He's adjusting well and is a complete love bug and has a great work ethic. He lowers his head for me to work on his mane and forelock and follows me around the paddock.

He's a beautiful boy.

It's always the greatest feeling when all your hard work pays off, isn't it?

Congrats! :)

What a cutie... looks a lot like a Friesian that was at Selena Pellezarri's (sp), I think his name was Tom....? Good luck with him!!

Get up, get going, seize the day. Enjoy the sunshine, the rain, cloudy days, snowstorms, and thunder. Getting on your horse is always worth the effort.
