My new horse

I know I posted these photos in 'Meet the Community' section, but thought I'd post them here too. These are pics of my 10 yr old, 17.3hh, Oldenburg gelding Bleriot. His sire is the imported stallion Bajazzo out of Grande. I've had him for 5 weeks and he's been boarded out but comes home tomorrow!
He's been restarted right now after a two year field vacation.

We're working on his muscling and fitness. Today was his last ride with the trainer (the one in the Charles Owen helmet). They went over fences and it was a great start! He has an amazing walk, and extended trot - can't wait for our first dressage test.

Cheers Guys!

I brought him home today (from the training barn) and my old TB mare thought he was the man of her dreams! He had a rinse with the hose, met our renter (down the driveway), had an apple and some driveway grass and is a happy camper. I'm really glad he's taking it all in stride. Hopefully it goes as easy taking him to his first show! But my luck, it won't.

I did StylishK. I"ll keep an eye out for your photos on here! I'd like some different lenses now (right now all I've got is the 18-55 IS lens).
