My new horse after 5 yrs not owning any!!

Here is my mutt :) A saddlebred cross mare. She's 6 and has little done with her. She is the most willing mare(horse) I've come across in a long time. She's a sponge for learning and you only have tell/show her once and she'll retain it.

Her quirks... she's a witch to other animals. Glues her ears to her neck and charges. I can normally get her to refocus to me with only a slight correction.

Second; She likes to climb the rail fence when tied. Also stands on the running board along trailer. Not quit sure how to get her out of these habbits.

She's just a goober

Are you sure she's a cross? She looks an awful lot like a full Saddlebred to me, but then again sometimes crosses look more like one breed than a mix of the two. She's adorable though. If she goes missing I didn't take her. ;D

I adopted her from a lady who rescued a few horses from a bad situation. She said she was saddlebred/ quarter cross. I'm w/ you though..she looks full blooded to me.

You would have to fight back the llamas and camels if you were to go in her pasture. They sworm anyone out there looking for goodies lol :P

I'm not trust me. When I went to look at the horses she had this mare came up to me and would not leave me alone. Nudging me un-tied my boots would get between me and the other horses. The lady just stood there with her mouth wide open in shock. This mare would normally move away from people and could care less.

She begged me to take her due to the way she was w/ me.

I didn't choose her. She chose me!

As a rule, I'm not impressed by saddlebreds. This girl, however, has me drooling!
