My new horse, Grace! *edited* New Pics

Well, I rode her again yesterday and wanted to share a few more pics of her that are better than the last ones. And our first bad incident goes like

Ok, well we got her saddled and Mrs. Paula decided we would all ride. Which meant saddling Secret, Little Bit and Foxy as well. All was good. All 4 are Fox Trotters. Well, Foxy is a finished pro but Secret has never ridden on anything but arena. She has never been on grass unless pastured. Has no idea what a rock or road Little Bit, well, she's just stubborn. Needless to say, Grace got aggrivated at Secret and Little Bit. They were acting up which made her act up. She decided that she would put me through a Pine tree. Before I knew what she was doing and could duck or turn her, I was going under it. it scratched my neck up pretty So I have had my first incident and let me tell you, it made me mad. Mrs. Paula changed her bit so I would have more control over her and boy did that help. We put up the two idiot horses and me and Mrs. Paula went riding with just Grace and Foxy. I had a wonderful time. She was a different horse totally.

Me and Grace.

Getting some love.

She is 16H and about 1200lbs. ALOT of horse but she is completely finished so she is a good horse for me. I can't remember her whole name but it is ______'s Amazing Grace. They are gonna put a tape on her to get her exact height for me.

Thanks everyone, and yes I think I am very lucky to have found her. I couldn't ask for a better sweetie than her. She even acts as though she knows I am a beginner. She babies me as much as I baby her. She loves on on me and when I love on her and stop she just leans into me as if to say don't stop

Nice horse. Just wondering: do you use special bit for gaited horses or just can ride in anyone? I'v never tried one, but heard they make lots of difference...
