My New Horse needs a New Name

Grey MFT gelding. His current name is Gunner which is the same name as a good friend horse. Any suggestions? Pic was taken in evening. He is a lighter gray.

I've always loved the idea of naming a gelding Talisman and calling him Tal for short, but that's just me.

A talisman as defined by the dictionary is "a trinket or piece of jewelry thought to be a protection against evil". I like the idea of it, because horses definitely help ward away the evils (stress, anger, fear etc) in my life. I feel so at ease with them, like nothing can get to me.

I like the name "Sundance" but because of your photo that is what the photo makes me think of.

He looks like a Caleb to me :)

I like the gun idea. Remington sounds like a great, strong name for a horse...and Remmy for short sounds great!

I also like Sterling for a silver colored horse.
