I'm soaking it every second day at the moment as although as hard as I try fitting in grooming, feeding, rugging and treating him every day is impossible. Although as soon as it seems to affect him it will **somehow** be changed to every day.

Its not impossible. Grooming doesn't even have to be extensive. Ricky gets his feet picked out and just a general check over on busy day before I rug and feed him. You don't have to give him a full grooming each and every day. Ricky only gets a good grooming once a week, maybe once a fortnight. And I don't bathe him religiously, I bathe him when hes dirty.
