My ride on the new and improved Evo!

So without writing a massive novel like I always do, these are pictures from my ride last week on my gelding Evo who is away getting training. I'm incredibly proud of him, he's developing so much more than I expected... and of myself too because I've always struggled with his trot and my best mate/instructor has slowed it right down so I can handle it! No longer selling my boy, he may outshine me at the moment - but god he feels SO GOOD!!

Major grins from me - so proud of my Evo!

Evo is a NZ Standardbred. He was in the racing industry for the first 7yrs of his life. He'll have been under saddle for 2yrs in April.

He has a heart of gold for sure!
No, not going to sell him anymore! I was so miserable about my decision so I decided to try riding him one more time... as you can see from the pics I stayed up with him and had fun! So after a couple more rides I'm bringing my big boy home!
