My riding lesson(few months? ago)

So I was going to maroochydoore for the weekend after my horse riding lesson and so my dad came along to it and got some shots of us walking around in circles(Yay) He took no photo's of trotting or when we went on the paddock ride or the arena so it's just me riding around on a grumpy horse named Sonnett and a few pics of other horses and ponies in the paddocks next to us.
Sonnett is a grumpy, old riding club horse that I seem to really like riding. No idea why I like the grumpy horse that tries to bite you when you do his girth up, but oh well. He is pretty fun to ride, except when he gets bored. He's just a nuscence then. So Sonnett will get grumpy at any little thing and most photo's his ears are back.

^ JD, the horse that made me cry two weeks ago.

^ JD again

^My riding group. With the horses Sonnett, Melody, Fire, Kimba and Puzzle in the lesson.

^ A girl from my lesson on the little brown pony named Melody, and me on the big chestnut named Sonnett.

^ Me and Sonnett. Sonnett looking over to his girlfriend Melody and wanting to follow her.

"Stay away from Melody!" Threaten's Sonnet to Fire who is in front of him and is too close to Sonnett girlfriend Melody.

Three ponies and horses in the paddock. The brown spotty one is Shorty, the white little pony is Prince and the white arab's bum is Fox.

^ Sonnett slightly upset again.

^ Pony in the paddock...I think it's name is Diamond.

-has a heart attack- Sonnett's ears are forwards and he's happy for once! Yay!
My back in unaturally straight like that always. I was not looking good for the camera(check my feet out if you don't believe me). I had to wear a back brace for 2 years and now I am used to being straight. So I always ride with my back unaturally-looking straight. Too bad I don't like dressage, apparently I would get some major points in that.

The pictures look great!
Sonnet looks really pretty, grumpy (your right) but still looks like a nice horse.
I used to own this one horse that was so horribly grumpy that he just seemed like he hated you all the time. He loved being bought in from the paddok, but hated putting the headcoller on. He loved being pretty but hated being groomed and he hated getting tacked up but loves being ridden. He was just a grumpy old man. I did find however that if you put the radio on whilst grooming him or tacking him up he loved it and seemed to forget about being grumpy for a while. Funny ay.
Your posture seems really healthy though and you seem to be having a good time

Lol haha, walking in circles does that to ya :P
Nah, we didn't stay too long in there. We were just warming up, getting our stirrups readjusted and about 5-10 mins later we left and went for a paddock ride
Thanks

Believe it or not, Sonnett is actually about 28 years old +

That's funny =] I wish I had the opportunity for a riding facility that took things seriously!!! My college class is a joke!!

Nice horses, and I figured he was an old boy, but that old? Lol, I'd say he had every right to be grumpy!

Yeah, I was talking to you a few months back. It's ATW horse riding club. We don't have any new riding instructors sadly.

My grandparents live in Marychydoor, about a 4-5 hour drive from where I live. :P
Yes, Sonnett defiently needs to be retired. Poor boy. O.O
