new bunny! kittens apearing at the barn, and randoms of my horse!

we just added a new family member! "sugar" a 4 year old male new zeland rabbit. my mom is in love lol he's a real doll a very boring free ranger though lol just stays in the same spot. maybe he'll do more when we let him outside. he's still settling in tho so no rush introducing Sugar

p.s. intresting fact. sugar and i have something in common. we were both born with a clubbed foot. except his is his front right and it turns out and mine is my right foot (i guess it would be my "back" if i wer a rabbit lol) but it was turned out before i revieved multiple surgeries as a baby/toddler

you can see the clubbed paw in the photo below

i LOVE his ears <3

i left for a week to go to the cottage with my family. i come back and we have kittens! our barn cat is spayed. apparently the barn owners daughter found them crying beside the barn. so far there doing good. there so litte though!!! i love them.

and randoms. i got back and cody lost all his shinyness. i guess 7 days of no grooming, rain, and roling will do that to a horse lol but after two days of loooong grooming sessions he's regaining his shine :) but he's not to shiny in the pictures below sadly.

he went so LIGHT while i was gone. i mean when i left he was basicly a dark bay (or iv heard him discribed as a faded black) but no where near as light as this. probably sun bleaching but appaently it rained alot while i was gone. but he's getting some dapples in his shoulders so i wont complain lol

he looks very thoroughbredy in this picture. or is it just me? (hes a breed stalk paint)

i was watching one of the girls jump and just letting cody chill out. so here is cody enjoying some grass and Noah(the dog) watching his mommy jump :)

apachewhitesox and Katze like this.

Holy cow those kittens are sooooo cute! Are you going to keep them? At least they look healthy.

You just have to see your distance...you don't have to like it.

no. the barn owner is going to try and re home them. i have a friend who will be taking the black one. i dont know about the two tabbys. if nobody takes them she will just wait until there a certain age and take them to the humain sociaty. our humain society will spay barn cats for a cheaper price. and then she will just let them hang aroujd lol
