New horse!!

I traded my arthritic QH for a 7 yo, 15.3hh OTTB gelding named Romeo. I think he's a cutie. I'm very excited to have a horse that can soundly canter on both leads, although I'm going to miss my girl. Anyway, here he is!

Here is my lovely mare at her new job. I think she will be much happier with less work and lighter riders, although I am sad that she is gone.

Thanks! I'm very happy with him. Having a new horse who seems to be sound is very exciting!

You two look good together! I have a new horse, too-isn't it fun? I have to go into town later & buy more hay, a salt lick & price more mats, but w/2 lovely mares now, my horse family is complete & I can take hubby or a neighbor riding w/me. Enjoy your new boy & I'm happy your mare still has a job she can excel in.
