New Horse Jacy Phoenix

We just picked this guy up last night. He is a 7yro reg QH, about 15 hands. He is super super quiet. Our horses were running around like maniacs when we brought him home, and he just quietly ate grass. He needs a bit of a tune up (and a bath!), but he seems like he has a great mind.

Very beautiful. Was the white spot on his chest from a girth?

No, he just has a spot. I thought that was a girth rub at first too.

My mare has two spots on her chest and I always wondered if they were from girth sores.

Thanks

Shutupjoe- what color is the skin under your mare's spots? If its not pink, it might be from a rub. Jacy's skin is pink, and the marking is on his papers. Under is it actually says "This horse had white markings designated under AQHA as and undesirable trait and uncharacteristic of the breed". I didn't know they did such a thing haha.

Just a few more from this morning before and after our ride. He was such a good boy out on the trails.
