    New Horse- Joey

Mom and I have a new horse! He is a coming yearling Appaloosa colt out of QAR Dial Te to Dream and Challenger CDN (same sire as Walterbb). He's been halter broker, and I've started grooming and taking him for walks. He's learned to tie in a tie stall, and let us put a sheet on him like a champ. Very quiet young man. He's at my aunts still for now, we haven't decided when to move him to the barn with Walter. I want to show him as well this year. It will be fun- I missed out on the yearling classes with Walter.

    Anyways.. pictures! :)

Of course! Hoping to get out and work with him again this weekend. He's such a sweetheart. I wanna give him a sponge bath and clean him up a bit lol. He just got weaned, and got a little dirty since being in.

I sure hope so anyways! I just want to get all the winter fluff off him and see what kind of coat he's got going on underneath. He was weaned late, so he's only come in from the harsh sask winter within the last couple weeks.

My mom went out and played with him yesterday and vaccinated. I am trying to go out tonight or tomorrow to play with him. We are picking up a new halter today.

Went to the farm last night. Played with Joey this morning. Mostly groomed him. I found a tail! He's starting to look cleaner. His belly and legs are still icky, but we are working on it. He has such a thick baby fuzz mane. :) gah just so cute!
