New Job at Thoroughbred Training Center

So it's been awhile since I last posted on here and I have a major major update.
During Christmas break I went back to visit all of my family in Alabama and I decided I wanted to move back, so I did. I now live with my grandparents and I work at a racehorse training center along with my grandfather, who is the trainer. Where I work is actually the winter training center for the actual one in Kentucky. You can see the Kentucky website here:
Basically I clean stalls, groom horses, walk horses, and exercise the pony horse, and occasionally I ride the racers. It's still up and coming but it's going really well. We currently have 46 horses and most of them have great bloodlines. We're currently working on building two new barns, one for Quarter Horse racers and for another trainer.
So I have some photos to share with everyone :)

The Barn

The track early in the morning

'Little Red' taking a nap

The Pony Horse

Thor or 'Parrot' as we call him cause he has a serious over bite.

Blue Eyes, he's a beautiful bay paint but such a stinker

Ledgar in the morning

My cousins

My cousin and the Pony Horse

My best buddy. He's out of Florida's #1 stud, Chapel Royal

My granddad walking Cat, who is out of Bandini

Our best rider, Anthony, on Jumper. We call him Jumper because when he first came in he cleared his 4 1/2ft. Stall door.

Our two riders working the grey mare, Bet me if You Can, to see if she's ready for a race.

To be continued....

My granddad and Jumper

Me and the Pony horse

Pond down behind the track

These are my two horses. The chestnut is a 1 1/2 year old TB mare who is going to be used as a racer, she is out of Song and a Prayer. The bay mare is Shirley's Brittney. She is a 7 year old retired racer and is going to be used as a broad mare. Here first foal will be going to me to be used as a riding horse, possibly used for some jumping.

I also work on Sundays at a local equestrian center in exchange for lessons.

Horse I'll be helping train, Andreis, 3 year old Freisian gelding that my trainer imported from Holland. My trainer and her 14 year old Thoroughbred are FEI certified and she's earned two USDF Medals.

And to just to throw in, my cousins 13 year old Paso Fino Stallion
