As some of you may know, I am no longer loaning Calum. Although I loved him with all my heart and more, I wasn't getting anything out of him. It was getting to the point were I was scared to ride him so I had to make the hard decision of terminating my loan after 6 amazing months. Calum will be missed greatly but I have found a new horse to loan. He is 25 years old, 15.3hh, brown and some kind of Irish horse. He is the safest horse ever and described as a schoolmaster by his owner, so he is perfect for me at my stage of riding. Anyway, today (April 22nd 2011) I went up to ride him for the second time ever and I had a brilliant time! We went out for a short hack (about half an hour) and my mum took some pictures on the way round. What I really thought was good was that when a car came close enough to him, he would stop by himself and not move a muscle until the car was safely past him. So, I thought I would make a wee thread to show you Seamus!
There will be more videos of him on here soon:
