New pix of Rafe and Dobe.

Just shot a few new pix of the boys today. Rafe is getting so big, he is 14 hands tall now and his mane is beginning to lay over.

And look at that NECK!!!

And here are some of Dobe, that halter was my first successful attempt at tying my own rope halter. I rode him around in it for a while.

Always remember that feeling of looking at a big, open country over the ears of a good horse, seeing a new trail unwind ahead of you, and that ever-spectacular view from the top of the ridge!!! Follow my training blog: http://robertsontraining.blogspot.com/

Great pics!! Rafe's mane reminds me so much of my girl's. Fluffy and wild!

Continued. I tied them together just so that I could get a good comparison and Rafe is nearly as big as Dobe is.

Wow Rafe is like an oak tree, stout and straight.
Good job on the halter. I've made a few but nothing I would share a photo of

Rafe is gorgeous! I love big, stout horses! If you get tired of him growing, I'll take a 17hh+ horse any day ;D

Aww..Rafe!! It's amazing to see how much he's grown in such a short time!

Dobe is so handsome! I just love him his new halter! (I so want to try to make my own one day!)
