    Out of curiousity, is the white half-moon over his eye a marking or a scar from an old injury?

    Nope, it's just a random marking. Random facial markings are actually extremely common in Arabians tracing back to *Muscat.

    We are getting along very well! He seems to adore me but is nearly terrified of anyone else, he'll probably end up settling down more but might always be a one person horse.

    He DOES have that presence about him and I love that - he also tends to look big in photos and when set up compared to what he actually is when measured!
