New western prospect, and a snowy Ben

I managed to get out and play for a while before the storm arrived today, I'm thinking Emmy may take the vacancy as my Western horse, she is the right size, I think she will be handy, and she looks good in a western saddle. I think it will do her good to be restarted in a different direction.

By the time I put her up and caught Ben it was snowing hard, and after a little loading practice, he was AWESOME, when I went to turn him out he looked like this

I'm so done with this, COME ON SPRING

She looks very nice western. I had no chance to get out there before work today, snowstorm when I woke up and it's still giving it out there.

Emmy's looking great in western gear!
    And Ben, the polar horse
I wonder if it would be possible to have snow without cold or Lily of the Valley's and spring without mosquitoes .......

What surprises me is how that saddle looks good on her, but this English just swamps her

She is definitely a western horse. I noticed not very many Arabians look good with an English saddle...or ridden English....just not right, says my eye....

That English saddle looks way to big on her

But WHY does it look so big? It isn't to long, it's dressage so supposed to be long in the flap, so why does that swamp her, and the western doesn't
