Newbies - me to the forum, my horse to me!

Hi all. My name is Rosh and I am proud mama to Big Dan, 15.3 hh 5 year old (Irish) Cob.

I got him only one week ago, and he is settling into his new home nicely. I have not ridden in 5 years, so am taking my time with him, trying to do right by him and also build up my confidence again.

I just wanted to show interested parties some pictures of him. I feel in love with him when I first saw him -- my heart ruled my head, since I never had the intention of owning such a young horse... but at the moment we are doing good. However, I hope to meet friends on the forum who will be able to advise me and whose advice I can avail of in general threads. Hopefully I will be able to recant some funny stories about our training, by way of repayment, hehe.

Anyway, nice to meet you all -- particularly looking forward to seeing pictures of your horses! (cobs and drafts are my personal faves )

He is beautiful! I love draft horses too, I work with 30 of them at a horse rescue.
Good luck with him I can't wait to see more pics :)
