A lot has happened this fall. My sister sold her POA pony Kodee to a little girl to trail ride him. My mare Demi went to a home. Cecil got run into a t-post and is now down at a local stable on stall rest while he heals. And Romeo and I did quite a bit of riding this year but he fell on me this summer and it has really bothered me and I have been half heartedly looking for another horse that doesn't fall/trip as often.
BUT my sister did end up with a new horse. She is a 6 month old Paint X Appy cross named Eyce. I am not necessarily happy that she got a baby, but she is cute.
    Here she is!

Here is another picture. We were standing tied (Romeo can always use some patience builders so he was also tied)

I wanna see more pics of this cute lil girl! But For your tripping horse, Have a farrier look and see if it can be corrected with trimming.

I completely agree, my guy used to trip a lot and it made me a little worried even though we haven't had any close calls. But, after talking to my farrier he had trimmed him a certain way and now he has maybe tripped 5 times in the month since he has been trimmed as opposed to the 5-8 times a ride. That's riding on uneven ground as well!

She is such a cutie! We need a few more pictures of her, and throw a few in of Romeo, he is quite the looker too!

Uffda I just looked at Romeo's feet and man he is in need of some farrier work. Here are some more pictures of them on a cold morning this week. They seem to be buds
