    Ocean Shores with Drafts4ever!

Went on my beach ride with drafts4ever, her horse Legacy and my horse Junior.

It was the most fun I have ever had riding and I am so glad I was able to go and experience it.

Drafts4ever and I let Legacy and Junior gallop 100% full out to see which horse was faster. Legacy's stride is way bigger but Junior is faster!

He reverts back to a racehorse when he is let full out. He even drops his head down and gets flat out like a racehorse does on the track. He was so cute.

So here are tons and tons and tons of pictures from yesterday!

    Thanks Lin, it was amazing.

I couldn't believe it but after 6 hours of riding [lots of walking!] Junior was still raring to go! He did not act 23 at all!

The other pics you added after I posted are gorgeous!
He's 23?! Looks like a spry, feisty spring chicken! You both clearly have not only beautiful, but awesome and fun horses, lucky! Looks like you had the kind of day that any horse loving girl dreams of.

Lins - Yep he turned 23 in May. He can be a slow, calm old man at home but once you get him out and about he is a totally different horse. Thank you so much for the compliments! We love our frisky ponies. It was definitely an amazing day, something I have been longing to do for years but have never had the nerve to do.

Cakemom - It was very freeing, galloping full sleep is seriously like flying. All you feel is wind in your face and all you can hear is the thudding of their hooves. It is so amazing. I recommend it for anyone that rides and has a beach reasonably close!

I would love to take my horses to a beach. I have breezed my horses before but it would be so much fun to get out there with everyone else and just run with them and play in the water.

Love the pics...Both horses look great and you guys look like you had a lot of fun :)
