Talking One hell of a gift. :D

Everyone, meet Mr. Rocket's Question (aka Jesse) Mr Rockets Question Quarter Horse. He is a 12 year old, 16 hh QH that was given to me as a gift by some old friends that I am now riding colts for. He is incredibly broke but his front feet are pretty bad and he needs some work done on them before I can ride him but hopefully, I'll get that done in the next few days. For right now, he is just chilling with Bessie. He is such a sweetie pie, he follows me everywhere but isn't in my space (which I love).

Anyway, say hello to Jesse.

I'm not really sure. I am waiting until my Dad can take a look cause he is the hoof expert around here LOL. They said he does wonderful so long as he is shod so I am thinking probably he is very thin soled. At least I hope it's something that easy to manage.

Thanks you guys, I was shocked when they led him off the trailer cause he is completely not what I was expecting. I was expecting some tall, lanky thing that was pretty narrow. Not something like what he is.

Those of you who are asking to have him........... Heck no!!! LOL. I don't even know what he is like under saddle. I know that he is "broke" but everyone has a different definition to that word. I was warned that you don't want to just get on and try to lope off after he has had a few weeks off . I know some people who spend years looking for a nice buckskin and now we have 2 LOL.

Eat your heart out people ;p.
