Our first ride back since his injury! =]

Since the hoof injuries... All for hooves bruised and one abcess... Long story... Poor guy. ):

VERY proud of him (and myself)! He was so happy to be back in work; very eager. He was searching for contact and was holding it without pulling. By the end of the ride I was asking for light rounding of the neck (it was not true collecting, so I will leave it at "rounding of the neck"). I think I got him infront of my leg a few times too! =] Im just so proud of him. Plus, I was keeping my reins shorter then normal, and as some of you know, that is a big thing for me (I like ZERO contact). Plus I think my hands were a little better (as in my puppy paws werent as bad as normal).

LIGHT critique welcome. =] Please be nice. I havent ridden in 2 (if not more) months, and same for Bear. I know I will be soar tomorrow, and Bear gets tomorrow off. Can critique both of us, just be easy on us please.
