    Our First Show - Pics-

    Soo yesterday I took Dsemd to her first show (I have show a little bit before)
    But this was our first show together

    She couldn't have been better.
    In the warm up she was PERFECT.
    And when we were on the show track she didn't act up by the music, or the people or the cars. Like I said perfect

    We wasn't in the top 10 though, but haha I don't care, I couldn't have asked for a better first show. And now for pics

    No we are not stopping. Dsemd is changing her legs lead in this pic, aka she's tolting oh and I was the only one on a grey horse


    Oh I accually really like this one Turned out great

    This was one of the fast tolt, tooo bad that Dsemd isn't really good at that but oh well it was fun anyway

    Very neat pictures!!
    What kind of competition was it? It looks like some sort of race, but I might be way out in left field...? I would love to hear about what goes on at your shows!

    I really like Icelandic horses! I have a friend who breeds and trains them here in the US, she's got very lovely ones.

    I believe it's just like our shows here BUT they run on a track of sorts because they MOVE out so much! It's kinda like flying around an arena would be kinda silly since they move so fast! LOLOL My poor ol' QH/Arab gelding can't even hardly keep up w' my friend's Icey! LOLOL And that's only at a trot. :)

    It was a tolt competision.
    Then you are showing the gait tolt for the judges, both on slow totl and then on faster tolt.
    And noo it's not a race, but we were kind of showing on the "race track" (you can call it that if you want), it's like we are just using the "straight" part ot the track, not the turns and stuff

    It's softer to sit than trot.
