Our Thanksgiving Trip to the Beach!

So last Wednesday a lady from my barn took her horse to get pictures taken by another boarder (whose horse is on stall rest so she couldn't go) and we were invited along! I took Hunter and another lady took her horse, Val, who is the big Cleveland Bay in the fourth picture. It was his first time at the beach! His mama was nervous but I was the one that helped keep him at least a little calmer- he even touched the water.. and tried to eat sea foam! Though it was a long day it was definitely fun and worth it! I'm hoping to actually pay her to do more pictures in late spring when I can fully clip Hunter and not have a funky clip on him :)

And just for kicks, 2 pictures at the end from the many of our family "photo shoot" Sunday :)

    Enjoy!

Thanks guys! It was so much fun to have him on the beach again. Next time I'm hoping it'll be for a little longer- this time we were only there for about an hour and a half. My non-spooky, bombproof horse is so afraid of the waves.. So I need to work with that lol
