Feb 23rd was our annual Orange blossom Parade and festival down here in Davie :) Orange everything, even the horses!! I took TONS of pictures, and should be getting quite a few via email sometime this week :) Heres the ones off my busted lil camera :)
We have Abby and Sarah, her first parade, first trail ride, and first ride in 2 years on her horse! They did AMAZING.
We have Katie and Dancer the filly, then Sav and Momma, finally putting on all that weight she lost from her infection!
Then theres Abby again, stealing things out of my saddle bags. In this case, an orange polo wrap :) and then meandering through the woods by wolf lake!

Looks like a lot of fun! Wish I was somewhere where the roads were lined in palm trees...

Thanks guys :) it was awesome! And nobody fell!! Our last drill meet, we had one horse lose a saddle and our rider went the rest of the time bareback, and one pony just could not help himself from running in circles for ten minutes, so the parade was an accomplishment all the way around!

And you'd only like the palm trees until you have to drag and 18ft 7-lb wet palm frawn around, then they're just a pain! And NO SHADE. Stay with the pretty trees as long as you can!!
