Wow Kayty, he's beautiful. What lovely movement and look at that stretch! You're very lucky to have found such a nice horse.

Thank you for the lovely comments everyone. I'm a very lucky girl to have clicked with this boy as he's just beautiful to ride. Still a long way to go, but for having had so little work he is doing very well. First official competition on him next weekend, wish us luck!!

He surely is handsome! And what a mover.

If you don't mind my asking, what make of saddle are you riding in? I was drawn back to your thread because the saddle looks so darn comfy!

Haha no worries Sunny, my saddle is a Dutch brand called Pagony, it's not a hugely well known or super expensive brand, but hell is it comfortable!! I purchased it second hand, it was already 10 years old then, and you wouldn't pick it, it's built to last the distance

    He is gorgeous!!!

And may I ask where Bobby got his boots from?

The ones he has on are just my cheapie Roma bandages, with Eskadron wraps underneath :)

I just spoke to his breeder, and found out that he actually has 3 youngsters on the ground that he sired before he was gelded. I knew he wan't gelded until quite late as he was intended to be the replacement stallion for his sire who passed away due to colic surgery complications, but had no idea he actually served before he was gelded.
Very keen to see where his 'babies' are at now as they'd all be under saddle now or very close to :)
