Hi everyone!

What a hot one we had today! It was very sunny and warm here in NY. I took Jack out for a short ride in the afternoon. I didn't work him hard, we only did a little walk/trot and some circles (Jack has only been a trail horse and is very new to ring work). He is definitely one sided and needs work on bending, etc.
Sooo...all in all we had a good ride. Don't mind the expression on my face (I think I was sweating my butt off and about ready to fall off the side of him LOL). I didn't even wear my half chaps...just too hot out.

I just had to share this funny one. Jack and I have the same look on our faces! I stopped for a drink and my boyfriend took a pic. We were both like "oh get out of here with that darn camera!" :roll: LOL!

Thanks mlkarel2010! We went to the local fair earlier in the day before I rode so I was just really feeling the heat and sun by this point lol.

Jubilee- Thanks! He really is a cute horse. Can you believe he's only 14.3 hands? He takes up my leg well. These aren't the best pics of him, but I just thought I'd share 'em anyways lol.

JackieB- Jack says thank you! Jack's mom says he really is a good boy, he has a great temperament...but he's soooo lazy lol! Quite the opposite from my TB's and he sure is building up my leg muscles lol.
