How funny, I know exactly where you are! I used to live right down that road. I looked at boarding there but there was no turn out space. Does the older man with the bay still ride? His gelding was ooolllddd but they used to ride by my house all the time.

YAY! Yea, steve is still here. He and that horse go EVERYWHERE. We used to ride with him down to tree tops sometimes. Did you know he taught him to pee in a bucket? Theres turnout now, they split up some of the open grass into paddocks, but the horses have to be supervised- bleh - but its one of those down to earth, big family, homey type places, and Annie and I love it!
