    Please Meet Shai's Commander

This is one of the my latest additions to my herd.
His name is Shai's Commander, aka Shai (pronouced Shy).
He is an 18 year old Eygptian stallion. He won his halter championship in Washington USA when he was four months old.
He is sired by Simeon Shai who was bred by Marion Richmond in Australia. He was also the 1991 U.S. National Champion Stallion at Halter, Canadian National Champion Stallion at Halter, and Scottsdale Champion Stallion at Halter - the American Triple Crown. 1991 World Champion Stallion at Halter, in Salon du Cheval, Paris.
His dam side is Bask and Aladdinn breeding.
I'm quite happy to have this guy and plan to breed him to a few mares this year!

    Thanks!
I haven't rode him yet. He's actually so fat right now I'm afraid he might have a heart attack on me! Lol
But I do plan on showing him halter this summer!

Wow they put a terrible saddle on him. Pictures don't really do him justice. He is much better looking in person. I can't wait until you are able to get some better pictures of him!

Yeah looks like an old kid's saddle...lol

The only one that does him any sort of justice is the last picture. If it's not -40 with winds of 50km/hr this week maybe I WILL be able to get some new pictures!
Have to get some of Tibby as well. I've got none of her!

    Aw, thanks Bumble!
He defintely does take after his Eygptian heritage!
But that comment will defintely make me feel better cause he does look much better than shown.
