It is hard to make shooting into the sun/light work. For anyone. Professionas use fiters and shade the lens. If you do shoot into the light, try to use your hand to shade te ense, so not direct sunlight is shining into it.
I am really not a photographer, but I am an artist, so I appreciate photos that have a good composition, good lighting and either color or black and white that uses great value spread (light grey to dark black) Take some more , lots and pick out the 10% that are good. And gettting your new Nikon will be so much fun!
I bought my hubby one for Christmas and he has a lot of funwith it.
Don't be discouraged, but dn't falsely think these are great. They are a humble start, but that's GOOD!
