    Rescue Horses

These are some of the horses at the rescue where I volunteer. Its a small rescue we only have about 4-5 rescues at any given time, plus the farms 3 permanent residents.

This is Casey, he's a mini and so cute! He's a permanent resident, we take him to nursing homes, dress him up for parades and are going to teach him to drive and jump in hand. He was found 1/2 starved to death tied in a ditch at the side of the rode!

This is peaches, she's a 4y/o registered paint. We're going to break her to saddle this spring. Also a permanent resident.

This is Faith. She's an 18month old thoroughbred/appaloosa filly. Gorgeous girl, is very very laid back for her age. She's for adoption.

These 3 are also for adoption, the solid bay is a 5y/o morgan, broke to ride. Just came in yesterday no name. The Halflinger is an 2y/o filly, very very people shy, but sweet. And the other bay with the white face is a qh/arab mare 4y/o.

Its great to know that the rescue horses are being taken care of. I have a palimino paint mustang that was pretty much a rescue. I bought her for $300 of an auction trailer full of mustangs from South Dakota. She was untouchable when I got her and now I can ride her with absolutly noting and she listens to voice commands really well. I recently found out that she is 100% blind in her left eye. She is amazing! Good job with the rescue horses, keep it up!
