    Rescued AQH - Romeo

This is Romeo - he's my baby and has been my project for about 3 years.
He was rescued from a field where he was basically starved and he was TERRIFIED of people. I made him my project and turned him into one of the sweetest, most loving, and most hilarious horses at my barn! He is technically broke..."technically" meaning I'm pretty much the only one who can get on him and get him to do anything haha

He's a registered 9 year old (almost 10) bay gelding.

These are comparison pictures of the weight he put on and muscle he has built

TOP: 6 months or so after he was rescued
BOTTOM: 1 year after he was rescued

TOP: 1 year and a half after he was rescued
BOTTOM: 2 years after he was rescued

NOW: (picture was taken 2.5 years after he was rescued) he looks like this now :)
