    Rodeo 8/31

Had hubby go to the barn with me today to get some pictures, and some action shots of Rodeo working a little bit. He got some decent pics....but no action shots :(

Anyways, just wanted to share the pics from today.

Bringing him in from the pasture.

    Not wanting to go in.

    Curious George!!!

Wanted to see how the breast collar would fit....fit good across the chest, but still a little too big between his legs....oh well :)

Very true!!! That is something I will probably do soon, not that he necessarily needs it asap, just wanted to see how he would do with it :)

Thank you....he seems to be getting out of his yearling stage a little bit :)

Haha, I bought a hole puncher quite a while back because my stirrups didnt go short enough, lol....so Ill have to dig that out sometime!!! It fit him good everywhere except between his legs....was just a tad too big, and hung down a little too much for my liking. Luckily, he should grow, and by the time I actually need it, or use it for riding, it should fit just fine.

Ill probably punch some holes in it anyways tho, lol

Is it nylon?? Cause I believe nylon is a lot harder to punch holes with a hole punch a heated up nail works much better :]

Thank you!! I think it does too, I think he looks good in it! Can't wait to get my bridle, and work with him on that, I bet he'll look great in a bridle, and eventually....all tacked up!!!

Handsome, handsome Rodeo! Lookin' snazzy in his new breast collar.

I'm not sure why, but I always pronounce his name "Ro-day-oh" in my head (like Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills). I'm a dork. I know.
