Talking Sammy!!!

Sorry if I already posted this. I couldn't find it in my posting history but I also could have missed it.'s Sammy!!! He's really coming along great. I took these pictures of him after dinner a few weeks ago? He likes to let loose in the front pasture and waste his left over energy so I sat in the middle and snapped away!
Oh and the one and only picture I currently have of him under saddle..sorry it's blurry.....
Feel free to skip this next part:
He's doing great under saddle. Fluid at the trot, learning how to do a nice little connected slower trot, pop his knees and NOT fall on his face at the same time (not sure who taught him that while he was unbalanced previously), he can canter one 160ft arena wall fluidly, and he's had more people of all ages working with him from just walking next to him to actually riding him and he's doing great! I have a half lease on him and the girl is having a blast with him and she's experienced enough to give him exactly what he needs from his rider. Anyway there's an update! Oh and his weight is coming along great! Vet says he looks healthy now (still bulking him up more), great coat and his feet are getting their second set of shoes ever on the 11th! He's a happy boy!

What a beautiful horse! And it looks that he have a beautiful, strong movement.

He has huge movement! I have to remind myself to sit deep when I canter him because if I don't I bounce like a ragdoll. I think it's a lot of balance for him too but we're working on it!

He is gorgeous! He has legs like tree trunks and feet like dinner plates ha ha

Yup! That would be Sammy. I can't wait until he has really good muscle definition and has filled out a bit. He's supposed to be bulky and deep according to his breeding line or from what I know of it. I only have a few notes that were given to me scribbled down on some papers.

Thank you! I'm hoping to get some pictures of him under saddle today. They might not be great but it'll be something. I need it for his progress album.

I know one horse, his name is Lavel. He looks like a huge strong draft-horse (but he isn't). But he have really strong movement like your horse. Of course, I don't know do he move like your horse because I haven't see his movement in video but it seems to me that their motions are very similar. And what do I want to say, that Lavel have very strong and technical jump. So I just thought, maybe your horse have a strong jump to? Oh and I would like to see his video:)
